Order Entry Clerk
Our Client in the Food Industry is currently seeking an Order Entry Clerk to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated professional who is looking for a Day Shift position. As a Data / Order Entry Clerk you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all functions of the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork and data entry.Position: Order Entry Clerk
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: $45,000Other Responsibilities would be:Keying Purchase Orders, price changes and inputting data.
Communication with warehouse, buyers, accounting, stores, logistics and vendors regarding status of processing
Log all incoming paperwork from buyers
Maintain files and perform general office duties (i.e.: telephone inquiries, photocopying)Essential Functions:Provides administrative support to all functions of the office to ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork and data entry
Import purchase orders, keying price changes
Updates and maintains data entry
Logs all incoming paperwork from buyers
Maintains files and performs general office duties (i.e.: telephone inquiries, photocopying)
Completes various special projects as requested

Demonstrated competence with PC software programs (Excel, Word)and basic knowledge of computers
Accurate and efficient keyboarding/data entry skills;
Self starter with the ability to work well independently and produce results under pressure
Ability to work well with others
Knowledge of basic business mathematics
